We have just started the development of a Ticketing plugin for WordPress. The purpose of this plugin will be to provide simple functionality such as:
- Create a (support) Ticket
- Update a Ticket
- Add, or change a Status of a Ticket
- Assign responsibility of a Ticket to a User
- Close, Archive, Re-open a Ticket
- Set the Severity of a Ticket (i.e. Normal, Important)
This Ticketing plugin would then be used in our other products: Posidacious, Simple Job System, Properties & Tenants.
