As the name suggests, it is a service where we are more closely integrated with the clients’ business than one would typically expect from a support service. It goes beyond that though. Rather than supporting you in a passive or reactive way, we would be acting on your behalf in a proactive way. Informing you of new technologies, updating existing systems, coming up with ideas and solutions to help the business grow.
The value of this service is that if the client has an idea to implement, a problem to sort, or just simply wants to get our thoughts, we are there. A bit like having your own employed I.T. Manager and Website Developer at nothing like the cost!

Managed Services
Managed Services are a set of monitoring services that provide heads-up reporting on your I.T. resources. Be they computers, websites, servers. Managed Services will monitor the resources and alert us to potential problems, or indeed real problems. We would then inform you and a decision made to what actions need to be taken.
Additionally, you can choose to have us automate backups of your data to the cloud, install and monitor an enterprise level anti-virus on all machines.
